
For more than 40 years, Mr. Sinclair has represented public and private sector employees in labor, employment and administrative law matters in state and federal courts, as well as in administrative proceedings. In 2020, on behalf of a class of 9,000 retirees of the University of California who had worked at the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory and lost their University-sponsored health care, he and two other law firms settled the case for $84 million.
Mr. Sinclair handles cases involving employment discrimination, wrongful termination, breach of contract, whistle-blower, wage and hour, tenure disputes, due process, and many other employment-related matters, as well as general litigation matters. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 1965 and the Martin Luther King, Jr. School of Law at the University of California, Davis in 1976.
