Edwin Ching Joins Calvo & Clark in Guam

Calvo & Clark LLP announced today that Edwin K.W. Ching has joined the firm as a partner in the Guam office.

One of Guam’s leading lawyers for over 35 years, Mr. Ching offers extensive experience in the areas of real estate and commercial transactions. He has served as lead lawyer on numerous major transactions in Guam, Saipan, and Hawaii, including multi-million dollar real estate deals, loans, shopping center leases, condominium projects, and construction contracts.

Mr. Ching’s current clients include the A.B. Won Pat International Airport Authority of Guam, CoreTech International Corporation, Guam Capital Investment Corporation, and International Distributors Incorporated. He represented the Airport Authority of Guam in the issuance of the $300 million bond which was used for the construction and development of the present airport on Guam.

As an active community member, Mr. Ching has served as Guam’s national swim team coach for the last five Olympic Games. He also holds two U.S. patents – one for the inner mechanism of a sliding fishing lure, and another for a flat drill bit.
