CFJ's Michael Pangelinan, who has served as a Commissioner of the Guam Public Utilities Commission for the past nine years, has been reappointed to a new six-year term by Governor Eddie Calvo. Mike's nomination was confirmed by the Guam Legislature on February 18, 2016 following a legislative committee hearing where Mike's service to the Commission was praised by PUC staff members and Senators alike.
