Rebecca Coll is an experienced trial lawyer licensed to practice in New York, California, and the District of Columbia. Her practice emphasizes class actions and complex commercial litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Coll played an active role in San Francisco's successful litigation against the tobacco industry in the 1990s. Since that time she has litigated numerous multi-million dollar consumer fraud class actions involving health products, automobiles, software and electronic equipment. She has also successfully litigated employment and antitrust class actions.
Ms. Coll is also experienced in complex commercial litigation, and has represented businesses and individuals in cases involving fraud, unfair business practice claims, employment matters, joint venture disputes, personal injury, and a wide variety of other tort claims. She has litigated multiple matters through trial.
Ms. Coll serves as a member of the Board of Directors of The Alchemy Project, a nonprofit organization working with at-risk youth to cultivate a love for writing. In addition, the San Francisco Bar Association has recognized Ms. Coll's pro bono representation of disadvantaged women in domestic violence matters by awarding her the Outstanding Volunteer in Public Service award.
Ms. Coll was previously a partner at Moscone, Emblidge & Quadra, LLP. She is a 1996 graduate of Boalt Hall School of Law at University of California at Berkeley, and has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan.
